Do I need to pay shipping or delivery charges?
Nope! We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
However, express delivery or international shipping (coming soon) may carry additional charges, which will be shown at checkout
Can I send gifts to my loved ones?
Absolutely! You can mark any order as a gift at checkout. We’ll remove the invoice and include a premium gift box with a handwritten note if requested. You can also send personalized Jewellery for birthdays, anniversaries, or spiritual occasions
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
No worries! We work with trusted partners, but if your order is lost, delayed, or not delivered, we will:
• Track the shipment with the courier
• Replace the order at no extra cost (after verification)
• Provide full support through WhatsApp or email
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on select Pincodes for orders under ₹4,999.
For orders above ₹5,000, we encourage prepaid payment to ensure timely delivery of customized products.

What if I receive a damaged product?
We’re truly sorry if this happens. Please share a photo/video of the product within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
