Eligible for Return or Exchange

 

You can return or exchange your Jewellery if:

• The product is unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
• You start your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• It’s not a personalized or custom-made piece.

 

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Some items can’t be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made or personalized Jewellery (like name pendants, special engravings, birthstone pieces, etc.).
• Products that show signs of wear, damage or alteration.
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons) unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Items returned after the 7-day window.

 

Replacement and Exchange

 

We’re happy to replace or exchange your order if:
• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived damaged.
• You need a different size (for bangles or rings).

 

Note: We’ll start your replacement or exchange once we receive the original product back at our warehouse.

 

Refund Policy

 

• Refunds are processed after your returned product passes our quality check.
• We’ll refund your money to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• If any part of your returned order is missing (like free gifts or silver coins), we might deduct its value from your refund.

Important Things to Remember

 

• Pack your Jewellery securely in its original box along with the invoice.
• Return shipping charges are your responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
• For promotional or free items that came as part of a bundle, individual returns might not be allowed.
